During your initial consultation, we will personally guide you through the setup and address any difficulties you might encounter. We’re committed to ironing out any challenges and ensuring that you feel comfortable using the technology.

Is my phone compatible with the cardboard VR headset?
The cardboard VR headset can handle screens up to 6 inches, but don’t worry – you can still enjoy your 360 render by simply moving your phone around or using your finger.
Can you help me figure out the layout of my home?
Of course we can! Helping with the layout of your home is our expertise and what we’re here for. We’ll provide you with floor plans that include annotated furniture placements. This will give you a clear visual representation of how the furniture should be arranged in each room. We’re dedicated to ensuring that your space is optimised for both functionality and aesthetics.
How can I compare your design packages?
You can easily compare our design packages by visiting the “Packages” tab on our website. At the bottom of the page, there is a comparison table that highlights what is included and not included in each service. This table provides a convenient overview, allowing you to quickly assess the features of each package and make an informed decision based on your preferences.
Which package should I purchase if I have an open plan or double reception room?
If you have an open plan or double reception room, make sure to add the “Open Plan Pack” to your shopping cart along with the design package of your choice.
For rooms with three or more areas (like a kitchen, living, and dining area), you’ll need to purchase two packs. This will ensure that all your needs are covered.

I have a tight schedule, can you help?
Certainly, we can assist you, but it’s important to note that our typical consultation and design process usually takes around three to four weeks. If this timeframe aligns with your requirements, we are more than happy to work with you and provide our services.
However, if you’re in need of immediate assistance or have a stricter deadline, we might not be able to accommodate your rush request.
Please let us know your timeframe, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How long do your designs take?
The timeline for our designs depends on the promptness of receiving the necessary information from you. Once we have all the relevant details, we can schedule your phone or video consultation, which typically lasts about an hour.
After the consultation, we aim to deliver your final design to your email inbox within 2 weeks. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks to ensure we provide the best possible design for you.
Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering your design in a timely manner while maintaining our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Can I see examples of finished designs?
Absolutely! You can check out examples of our finished designs under the “Projects” tab.

Do you design commercial spaces?

Do you have any location restrictions?
We have no location restrictions—that’s the beauty of online interior design! We can assist you no matter where you are, whether in London, California, Sydney, or anywhere else in the world. As long as you speak fluent English, we’re happy to meet your design needs wherever you may be. However, please note that aIDyl VR Goggles are only shipped within the UK.
Can you recommend tradesmen for my project?
We can’t personally recommend any tradesmen. Ask your family and friends for recommendations, they usually know reliable people who’ve done work for them. You can also check out websites like Check A Trade. Just remember to get at least three different quotes before making a decision. Oh, and don’t always go for the cheapest option! Quality matters, so weigh all factors before choosing.

For clients who have purchased the refresh package, it’s important to note that no modifications can be made once the initial consultation has taken place.
Should you wish to make changes beyond that point, an additional fee will be incurred to cover the extra time required.
However, for clients who have opted for the revive and reinvent package, you have the flexibility to make adjustments to your project until the second consultation, during which your floor plans will be finalised and approved.
After this stage, no further changes can be accommodated, and any requested modifications will be subject to an additional time charge.
Does the design service include flooring, paint and wallpaper options?
Yes we do! We provide options for flooring, paint, and wallpaper as part of our design services.

Do you provide 3D designs?

However, we’re here to make the process easier for you. We’ll provide you with a shopping list that includes up to 10 items needed for your project. All you have to do is click the provided links and make the purchases directly from the respective websites. Is it possible for my designer to incorporate bespoke or custom-made items in the design?

But remember, the contractor will need to take final measurements to create the actual piece. Our floor plans are just for visualisation, not for making the bespoke furniture itself.
